Preface
Disputes submitted to DHgate Resolution Center can be divided into 2 types:
(1) the package is not received;
(2) the received item is significantly not as described.
Described below are the guidelines of how DHgate Resolution Center handles these escalated disputes.

Guidelines   
•DHgate Resolution Center only deal with escalated dispute. Before the dispute can be submitted, it is time for buyers and sellers to communicate with each other.
•DHgate Resolution Center will follow the agreement worked out by both buyer and seller if an agreement is submitted within 5 business days. Otherwise, DHgate will make a decision for the case.
•DHgate is a platform and DHgate Resolution Center will rule as an impartial judge.
•DHgate Resolution Center's judgement result for a case will be announced 10 business days after a dispute has been submitted to DHgate.
•For every dispute submitted to DHgate Resolution Center, both buyer and seller are required to provide evidence, including tracking document, etc. If any party fails to co-operate, DHgate Resolution Center will rule in favor of the other party.
